Hello,
why is it impossible to adjust text kerning from the font&text dialog?
It has the same text so you can put the cursor somewhere or select
something without cluttering the drawing with flashing cursor or some
other view obscuring stuff. Sadly, the alignment keys do not work in
the dialog.
There is a more general problem of drawing being obfuscated by
selection. For example, if I select an object the dashed selection
frame obscures the objects with which I want to align the currently
selected object.
