Adult Leader's History Report?

My committee is planning a recognition ceremony for a past leader. Does
anyone know if TM can report the leader's history?  I've reviewed the drop
down reports available & did not find anything that would help. Even tried a
custom report.

Basically, what I need is a leaders' report similar to the Scout's
Individual History Report (IHR) and Individual Progress Report (IPR)

What I would like to report:
1) Name
2) Date Joined
3) Leadership positions (the customized report gives all CURRENT positions
but not history)
4) Order of the Arrow membership & advancement dates
5) Merit Badges taught
6) Number of Scouts who advanced in rank during leader's tenure.
7) Number of Scouts who entered OA during leader's tenure
8) Number of Merit Badge students taught by the leader.
9) Service hours performed/attended by the leader
10) List of Service Projects.
11) List of Scouts achieving Eagle during leader's tenure.

Hi

First, try REPORTS/CUSTOM/ADULTS.  You can at least get the leader
positions, date joined and date joined unit.  Other than that, I see a hunt
and peck for MBC, OA, Service (activities) etc.  As an FYI, I recently
chased down Leaders' tenure of service for our 1-Year Court Of Honor.  To be
thorough, for those that had service in other Councils, I had to contact
those councils and ID verification was  needed.  (FYI, Councils do not share
data with other Councils, a.k.a. Franchises).  I received a data report
printout of most the data registration and positions held information, case
by case.
