Scales 18000 and 72000 don't show them. In fact, plenty of them are in a lake! Like n44.53.150 w93.26.414. Thanks! The reason why this one is in a lake is its the Bryant Lake Seaplane Base, see here on osm: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=44.8852&lon=-93.4879&zoom=12&layers=B000FTF So your perceived problem is with osm as T@H is generated by osm and has nothing to do with gpsdrive other than using the maps downloaded from there.
