Aladdin HASP - Any news update?

I just finished speaking with Aladdin tech support and I couldn't get  
much out of them.

Has anyone heard anything about a working solution for 4D 2004 & v11  
using HASP4 on OSX?

Jim,

We are currently using HASP4 with 4D 2004 with great success.

As far as v11 goes, we and 4D have been prodding Aladdin to update  
their plugins to be compatible with v11 on Mac and Windows.  I just  
received word that they are done with development and the plugins/
drivers can be downloaded here:

We haven't had a chance to look at these at this point since we have  
not even begun our conversion to v11.  If you have a chance to try  
them out with v11 on Mac and/or Windows, please post back to let us  
know how it went.

Yes, sorry after sending my email I downloaded new drivers and tried a  
2004 version and it works fine. Its been so long since I tried to use  
the dongle that I must have mistaken it for not working on only v11.  
So for me too its working on 2004.

I'll try with v11 soon.

Please let me know if it does or doesn't work.  The last plugin I  
tried (about 6 months ago) wasn't even close.  Looks like they put a  
good developer on it this time though.  If this one doesn't work, we  
can ping Aladdin once again and get 4D to do the same.
