Altitude patch - bug 2686001 no longer in SVN

I filed a bug for a problem with altitude units and supplied a patch that resolved this issue.  It was applied to r2321 but when I check out the current revision the code is no longer there (r2413).  Is there some reason this was removed?  I can't find anything in the history about it.
