An Interesting Glaucous-winged Gull (?) in IL

Hi all,

Yesterday I found and photographed a bird that I and the close to a dozen
birders present, identified as an adult Glaucous-winged Gull.

David Vander Pluym emailed me and suggested that this bird is similar to a
bird from NH about a week ago that generated some discussion here, so I
thought you might enjoy a look:
