Yeah, just found 1.2.11 under the its
OATSoft download page.
Also noticed that the download link
- under the lable of 1.2.10 - brings you to the sourceforge download of
version 1.2.11 (but there the date is wrong "November 16, 2007",
isn't it?)
I tried to change the latest rerlease
number to 1.2.11 but that generated an error and was not accepted. Shall
I dig around some more?

you have to drill down via edit or contents when logged
in.
I added the new release and then 2 files ot that release. All are
published - where automatically.
