Here is Animo Use Cases Draft:

The main idea is class and PathExpr (
http://www.w3.org/TR/xpath20/#doc-xpath-PathExpr) are merged. You will be able to call method on path like //somenode.method(anotherNodeAtSameContext).
Rest should be same as Groovy
