Anjuta and Gdl 2.28.0 release

Hi!

I just released Anjuta and Gdl 2.28.0. There haven't been much changes
since 2.27.92 so please see the NEWS file for details.

This is the new stable release of the new modules that will be supported
at least for the next 6 month.

You can download it from the usual place at download.gnome.org

Thanks for all the people involved, especially Sébastien, Massimo' and
James and of course all translators!
