Another one to go UTF-8: Greek (?)

Hi all,

I've had many requests and complaints from users of our webmail that
they want to compose in both Latin-1 (French / German accents etc.)
_and_ Greek.

Which means ISO-8859-7 doesn't cut it any more.

So I'm considering switching to UTF-8 like many languages have already
done.

Any comments? I'll do this for -stable anyway, since that's what we are
running at the University. Should I commit it in Squirrelmail
repository?
