Ansi x9.19 MAC

Hi, I'm a newby to this library and to cryptography in general. I've
been asked at work to write an application, and part of that app
involves creating a 4 byte MAC for messages sent to a 3rd party (and
verify MACs for messages received).

I'm required to create the MACs using the Ansi x9.19 standard.
Searching the net, I gathered that this is the CBC-MAC algorithm 3.

Am I able to implement this using this library (presumably through the
CBC-MAC class)?
