Can someone please tell me how to change the directional setup in ArcMap.
I'm trying to use the Direction/Length offset option that pops up when you
right click as you are editing a feature.  When I try to offset, the
directions are such that due east is zero degrees, due north is 90, due west
is 180 and due south is 270.  I would like to these directions to display as
azimuths would on a "normal" compass with zero or 360 as noth, 90 as east,
180 as south and 270 as west.
Thank you,

Brian - the change is made in Editor Options. Go to Editor => Options =>
Units. Make the selection under Direction type. It defaults to Polar, that
is why you are seeing what you are. Just change to North Azimuth.
