Artifacts not coming on 64 bit machine.

Hello,
           I recently shifted to 64 bit machine.On 32 bit machine everything was working fine. But here I cannot see artifacts. Though I am using same cruise control folder just my config.xml file I have changed that too regarding my files path not cruisecontrol paths. So l didn't change anything. Now when build is over and I see artifacts section,I see:

Artifacts
No artifacts found.

Sometimes I also get this error:
Failed to reach dashboard instance : http://localhost:8080/dashboard/buildloop/listener,
either the dashboard has not started up or there is a network problem.

Any fix for that. Am I missing any change to be done for 64 bit system. Please reply I am fed up trying number of methods suggested on internet to fix these two problem: artifacts and dashboard problem
