Re: Arts@SFx Agenda 11/9/09Hello,
I also support the acquisition of projectors, computers and laptops, which will finally allow me the showing of multichannel works for Manipulated Image. And would love to have access to outdoor projections for the nights of Manipulated Image screenings. I am now scheduling shows 6 months ahead of time. alysse On Nov 9, 2009, at 10:50 AM, Orlando Leibovitz wrote: > 1. Grants and requests for funding. 30 minutes. > > 2. Re: Arts@SFx Agenda 11/9/09Alysse,
Although I envision the facade projection project operating independently and with it's own name I think it would be good if you curated the facade projections for the nights of Manipulated Image. That would provide curatorial consistency. How many Manipulated Image showings are you planning for 2010? Re: Arts@SFx Agenda 11/9/09Orlando,
You're absolutely right about curatorial consistency. I'm planning once a month (12) and Susan has already posted MI's shows all the way until next October (unfortunately March was unavailable, so I had to schedule two for April). Just so there's no miscommunication, the facade projections for the nights of Manipulated Image will be part of Manipulated Image, not a separate program. thanks, alysse On Nov 9, 2009, at 11:38 AM, Orlando Leibovitz wrote: > Alysse, > > Although I envision the facade projection project operating > independently and with it's own name I think it would be good if you > curated the facade projections for the nights of Manipulated Image. > That would provide curatorial consistency.
