At NTEN conference: Thursday lunch table, as well as bootcamp and affinity group

At the NTEN conference in New Orleans, we'll have a table with a CiviCRM
sign on it for lunch on Thursday. If there is sufficient interest, I'll
hold onto the sign and use it again for lunch on Friday.

A couple of reminders:

If you're planning on attending the conference, please add your name to
the signup sheet on the wiki, so we can get an idea of who / how many
people are going to be there.
