Attachments and permissions

Hello,

is it possible to make attachments in a specific project (or maybe even per issue - independent from the project) only visible/downloadable for a specified group/role/user? I am not sure if there is a combination of permission schemes, field configuration schemes and issue security schemes which enables this.

Please advice...

I'm afraid not.  If an issue is visible to a user, then they can download/view any attachments on it.  I can't think of any workarounds either, unless you're willing to suppress the built-in attachment view section and write a plugin to provide your own!
