Attempting to install Add-in for MVC

I am using the mjhutchinson.com repository

The pack 'Core v.2.0' could not be found in any repository
also for 'Core.Gui v. 2.0', 'Projects v2.0' and 'Ide v2.0

I am running on a Vista OS

Version 2.2 Beta 1 (2.1.0),
System.Core 3.5.0.0
System 2.0.0.0
MonoDevelop.Projects 2.1.0.0
MonoDevelop.Core.Gui 2.1.0.0
MonoDevelop.Core 2.1.0.0

I don't quite know what the next step is.
