August Board Report

Hey all,

According to the calendar the August board meeting is happening this Wednesday and we're due to report again.  The page for the report is setup on the Wiki here: http://wiki.apache.org/xerces/August2009.  As usual I'll cover Xerces-J and XML Commons.  Could other committers please fill in the status for Xerces-C and Xerces-P.
