Author and licence of wav files

Hello,

I'm searching the author and the licence of gossip/data/sounds/*.wav.
Those files were added in the 2nd SVN commit with no special mention.
Does someone has an idea?

If I remember correctly, they are from Psi (which is GPL). I think the
original gossip repo that was later moved to GNOME had the attribution
in the commit log. I thought we also had a note about it somewhere but
maybe not; we should add one if we don't.

Interestingly, they were supposed to be temporary to test the sound
support, but managed to stay in there for many years :)
