Unfortunately I have seen a lot of new AE's making basic mistakes over & over which is harder to track and help them correct. This spills over into the concern I have w/cord I'm not convinced they have a broad enough experience at this time. I guess there's 2 ways to look at it. Practice makes perfect. Well 1. You either practice as an editor and get better, or practice as an AE and hope people catch your mistakes later. The last several hundred edits I've seen have been Guess Case or "With Artist" to "(feat. artist)" fixes. Very helpful but a reason for an AE? I've reviewed partly the "with" to "(feat.)" fixes, and there have been some errors here and here.
