Am attempting to remove 'AUGER' blades... seemingly rusted to auger shaft... from said shaft, which is slightly bent... (due to a neighbour's ROCK in his walkway...)-(I'll chaulk it up to experience!)... Shear pins didn't 'GO', hence bent shaft + a bent impeller shaft(!).  I have new parts (+bearings & belts) ready for install... if I can just get the OLD PARTS... APART!  Any suggestions?

If its rusted sometime you can torch it loose. I have better luck with BP-Blaster soaking it for a week.  Just don't try doing both at the same time.

I had some stuck once and I removed the shear bolts and sprayed wd-40 in the holes and I went out and chopped a snow pile down until the auger broke free. Good luck

Would have tried your technique had the machine been 'run-able'.... the impeller shaft was bent ...BAD...!
This was of course caused by the 'bolts' in the auger 'not going' -- as the rust was 'holding', ah,... quite well...!  Finally got 'em apart... story & pics to follow....
