Surprise surprise, I
have just learnt from a colleague on the vi-forum that the BBC is scrapping its
audio streaming of programmes more-or-less imminently for home listeners but not
overseas due to the i-player now being able to have flash content courtesy of
Adobe! (There goes security on the Wii for a start!). If any of you are aware of
an open source utility that will stream audio content from the i-Player, please
let me know so I can forward the information on - Perhaps a new project in
the making?
