We're thinking about using Bonita as our BPM system.
I would appreciate very much if you ask the following questions:
1. What are your prices for support & development?
2. Other support contract details.
3. Is any web money (like PayPal and so on) acceptable for payments?
If yes
- What are the terms of payment?
- What is a procedure of paying back in case of any problems?
4. Do you need any signed hardcopy contract, or web registration is enough?
5. Do you provide any additional services like training courses,
certification programs etc.?
