Banding Stations - Mexico

Hi Guys,
 
I have an excellent banding intern who is looking to take some time in his
gap year to volunteer at a banding station in Mexico - I know there is a
bander in Mexico who posts to this list who was looking for volunteers at
one time. If anyone has his contact information would you please let me
know.
