BeleniX 0.8 Beta1 available via the Network Installer

Hi Folks,

   This release is updated to the more stable KDE 4.3.1 version with
additional fixes and enhancements - several merged in from Fedora
Core 11. All of these are built using Gcc 4.4.1.
