Berlios SVN is back up, but the longer-term deterioration in site uptime
means we're still planning to move.  Thanks to all who responded
to the emergency mail.  Watching the #gpsd channel is still a good idea
in case the site crashes again.

This debacle has set back our plans to ship 2.40, of course.  Currently
I'm waiting on resolutions to three issues:

1. I have a report that opening a second watch session turns off watching
in the first one.  That should be easy to reproduce and I expect to fix it
today.

2. ckuethe has a couple of Trimble driver issues to deal with.

3. Gary Miller needs to fix whatever problem was blocking  Garmin USB.

And there's this:

4. Jeff Francis, please fix cgps to use new protocol.  I don't consider
this a release blocker, but it's the last piece of software in the
distro that has that dependency.
