Bio-ext module

hello there, just getting used to Bioperl now, i wanted to use dpalign in one of my scripts, and was asked to install the bio-ext package. so i got it downloaded, used ppm, read the read-me file, done everything, just doesnt work ! ! if someone could please give me a step by step instruction on how to get this thing on i would be grateful ! im using windows, ive got bioperl already properly installed and working, its just this module which is not working ! please help ! thnks anir
