Birt "Preview" problem

Birt "Preview" problem

I am trying to create some simple "Hello world"-like report with birt (http://www.vogella.de/articles/EclipseBIRT/article.html). I have created
- Report wit simple listing
- Its data Source
- Its data Set (its "Preview Results" works well)
- I have dragged column to Layout

When I switch to Prewiew - it imidiately swithc back
When I want to "View as" the report it just does not do anything.

In "Problems" column only warning "An API baseline has not been set for the current workspace." is displayed.

Could anyone point me what could be wrong?
Any help would be really appreciated.
