1. Getting support with BitPim. If you do not follow this you are unlikely to get an answer, or will just be pointed back at the page.
2. How to ask smart questions. This describes the general etiquette and reasoning behind how you should ask questions. If you don't do this, the chance of your question being answered is very low.
3. Ports/serial troubleshooting. If you cannot get BitPim to see your phone then read this.
4. No support for port/serial issues. If you cannot get BitPim to see your phone, then DO NOT post to the list. This details why.
