I agree about the Blackberry software.

I have only been able to backup my info and I don't even know what info it saved or whether it was done correctly.

Any futures plans on supporting Blackberry devices? I'm not too keen on the BDM software and it's "Very" limited on what you can do. BitPim has so much more to offer for Blackberry than anything else on the market, of course, that's my opinion.
