Blank page with PHP5 + squirrelmail 1.4.8 + vlogin plugin 3.10.1

Hi. I have squirrelmail 1.4.8 on PHP 5.2.0 on Apache 2.2.3 on Debian Etch (kernel 2.6.18-4). I have installed the plugin vlogin-3.10.1-1.2.7 (with compatibility-2.0.14-1.0).

As far as I can see my system meets all the prerequisites for the plugin. I installed the plugin as per the instructions in the included install/readme files.
Configtest.php reports no errors with or without the vlogin plugin installed. When the vlogin plugin is disabled, squirrelmail works fine. However, when  I enable the plugin using conf.pl, I get a blank login page. The php.ini file has debug output enabled, but no errors are displayed on the screen, and no errors are written to the PHP logs. There are also no errors in the apache logs.

Is anyone able to assist me please?

Many thanks

dadams

Blank pages like this are only ever caused by PHP errors.  You need to
dig around and make sure your error reporting is really set correctly.
Configtest shows the error reporting value - why don't you show it to
us?
