Blog plugin added to redmine

today i found the blog plugin for redmine. It is installed on our site and ready for use.

Feel free to contact me with issues about this plugin in case you run into something strange.

I cannot move any of the old blogs from the old site to this new one that easily, so it will have to stay where it is for now.
