Box switch with Alt+Tab and Cover Switch with Winkey+Tab

I would like to be able to do Cover Switch with Winkey+Tab while Alt+Tab
continues to use Box Switch.  In other words, like in Windows 7 or
Vista.  Is this possible?  I'm on KDE 4.3.2.
