Bring link up or down or change bandwidth

Hi all

How do I bring a duplex link between n2 and n3 down or up or reduce bandwidth at some particular simulation instance? I see that the function has been implemented but how do I use it?

I tried:

$ns at 50.0 "[$ns link $n2 $n3] set bandwidth_ 1Mb"
But I dnt see any changes in the trace. Please help me out
