I tend to agree with Osama, and make package names lower case and application Names upper. That being said I'm sure I've done the opposite a time or nine. Either way I don't see it as a major issue, but if other links on the same page are lower case it looks more uniform. Just my thoughts. The tag itself is in lower case, its the visible portion that Osama thinks should be changed to lowercase.
