Bug#429753: texlive-commong post-install action fails, blocking tex/latex install

Justification: renders package unusable


texlive-common won't install because tetex-bin-upgrade isn't
available.  Maybe this is a bug against tex-common instead?

But tetex-bin-upgrade should be installed by tex-common:

and tex-common is installed:

TeX Live 2007 should transit to testing soon, solving this problem.

Yes and no.  Anyway, the texlive-2007 packages in sid are not affected.
I'm not sure which version is responsible, I'm just closing with the
version just uploaded now.
