Hi,

I tried to reproduce the problem, but were unable to do so.
Does the problem still exist for you? Did the depends
in question stay the same in the meanwhile? (For example
according to your bug report you had libc6 2.9-19 which does
not exist in any suite anymore, etc.)
If you still have the problems, it would help if you could
post an updated information about the depends for the package
wsjt depends on:

libc6, libgcc1, libgfortran3, libportaudio2, librar, libsamplerate0,
python-imaging, python-imaging-tk, python-numpy, python-tk, xterm

Downgrading the bug, because it makes it unusable for you,
but it seems to be limited to your environment, as me and
Daniel were unable to reproduce the bug.
