This bug is related on how Cups is configured, but affects only kde apps.
Tha attached cupsd.conf file doesn't show this problem, in contrast to a
standard configuration which has only added a printer.

This bug needs reassigning, and it's most surely and upstream bug. I'll do it
as soons as I get the proper package.

I could reproduce it with qtiplot, so it's a Qt problem.
