Bug#555023: debbugs: src: bugs should be displayed on the binary package of the same name

Hi,

Since the last big update bugs filed with Source: <package> do no longer show
up on the bugs list of <package> even when there's only one binary package
and both, source and binary, package names match.

I got hit by this change and I think it either needs to be clearly documented
(together with some visual feedback on the BTS pages) or some other solution
implemented (like the one I'm using on the subject).
