I believe I found a problem with cgicc 3.2.3?

I was compiling it on Linux and it could not find the VERSION and HOST #defines that seem to be defined for the Windows (WIN32) build. These can be found in CgiDefs.h

Is there a list of the bugs available? Would be useful to know, as I couldn’t find this on the website?
