Bug cleanup

Hello,

Just a short message to say that if no one objects I think I might start going
through the GPE bugs and organise/clarify/categorise/comment on them during the next
month. Just it is something I can do easily while at work in my lunch break or while
away from my normal desktop.

It looks like there are a few old bugs on bugzilla and clearing them up a bit might
make it a bit easier to identify the 'low hanging fruit' so to speak which I could
have a go at fixing when I am at my desktop.
