FYI, When I pass an image of type double to CvDilate
for in-place dilation (*), it appears to be doing nothing
to the image. It should at least raise an error when
this type of image is not accepted.

(*) I pass the same CvMat-struct with typecode 6 as first
and second argument. This is with OpenCV 1.0 (Ubuntu package).
