Bug ownership / display

Steve Langasek asked in the Technical Committee BOF at DebConf today
whether tech-ctte bugs could be added to his DDPO display
(http://qa.debian.org/developer.php). Would this pre-existing recipe be
acceptable? Mail ddpo@... with the following message body:

  subscribe tech-ctte pseudopackages
  thanks

"pseudopackages" can be anything you like; it just controls the section
header. See http://qa.debian.org/developer.php for documentation and my
page (http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=cjwatson&comaint=yes) for
an example.

I figured that this might be tolerable since the tech-ctte bug list is
so short, but if you still want bugs for which you're the owner to be
displayed specially, I can probably do that - it'll just take me a
little longer. Please let me know.

That looks ok to me, thanks.

I think being able to get a reference to bugs that you're the owner on is
also useful in its own right, but not needed just now.
