Bugfix release martian 0.11.1

Hi,

Christian Klinger and I just backported a bugfix from martian 0.12 which
enables the exclude_filter to work correctly when recursing.

Can someone review that and make the release?

I guess we want to have this bugfix release "included" in the grok-1.0
release as well. When it is reviewed, I'll release martian 0.11.1.
