Bugs with model installer

Strange things are happening when I use the installer for my model. 

First, I see that notorious duplicate attribute error when I attempt to use any GIS display (not just two displays as happens in Eclipse). 

Second, I can't edit agent styles. I can't even change the geometry type. 

Third, the simulation doesn't appear unless I hit the Initialize Run button twice.

When I run the build installer, I see the following message before anything else prints out in the console:

Unable to locate tools.jar. Expected to find it in C:\Program Files\RepastSimphony-1.2.0\eclipse\lib\tools.jar

Could that be why?

When I run the build installer for a similar simulation which uses a grid as opposed to a geography, I get the same error message about tools.jar, but none of the three bugs I listed happen when I run the simulation.
