Bugzilla for dummies?Hello,
Just getting started with Bugzilla, have checked it out before and always found it to be a daunting, geeky task of getting this thing up and running. I've been developing a complex Access database for about 5 years now, so have a few thousand past issues and a few hundred current issues to add to Bugzilla, should I ever get that working. I just need to get it set up with all its perl/sqls/cvs/other associated stuff that's required for installation, and given all else I have to do in my busy day, it just seems to be a daunting task. Is there by chance a Bugzilla for Dummies anywhere? A nice, easy set of instructions for getting this installed and working? Or how about a web-based bugzilla, just sign up and start entering data? Thank you, Carlo _______________________________________________ support-bugzilla mailing list support-bugzilla@... https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-bugzilla PLEASE put support-bugzilla@... in the To: field when you reply. |

Re: Bugzilla for dummies?Don't know of any hosted bugzilla solutions but the documentation that comes
up with is easy enough to follow and install, for me at least :-). If you are familiar with the databases, you can even write a simple script to extract the data from Access and import into Bugzilla DB rather easily as well. Good luck!
