Building ghostXPS on Windows

hi,

I am a bit desperated. Trying to build ghostPDL or ghostXPS since quite a time, downloaded Visual Studio 2008 and 2005 in Express Editions, tried manually to build with nmake but no success.

Anyone succeeded in building the gxps.exe file? First cl.exe was a problem, when this was solved, windows.h was missing...

Can someone give me a hint on how to build it or just send me the gxps.exe after building it?
