Building the docs

I tried

        gradle docs:docs

and it seems to have done the needful.  However I see that it runs
groovydoc before doing the compilation where the compilation happens
before javadoc.  I suspect the problem is that the groovydoc task does
not by default depend on classes where javadoc does.
