BULGARIAN PANEURHYTHMY DANCE AND MUSIC IN SEBASTOPOL

This wonderful "Dance of the Soul" and music come from the Bulgarian spiritual teacher, Peter Deunov who composed them in the early 1900's.( Not to be confused with the eurhythmy dance moves of Steiner.)
It is rare to have our bay area group meet in this area. You are all welcome to join. This dance is only danced outdoors from spring to fall equinox. We dance to connect to nature and it is like a moving yoga meditation that enlivens all the chakras. This circle dance is made up of simple yet profound steps and we will be accompanied by a wonderful Bulgarian violinist from Modesto, Ca. A potluck sharing and singing of bulgarian songs follow at my house. We will car pool from my house to the location for dancing, which is just 5 min from my house.
