This is my first post to this list. I am requiring some development done for me using c#, .net Framework, MS4W, ESRI Shapefiles.

 

Please direct me to correct site or some one engage me to get some specs so it can be priced.

Hi,

I'm not sure about the requirements in detail, but you could probably start by using the MapScript/GDAL/OGR C# bindings.
